Co-managed IT in Winter Haven and Lakeland
If your Polk County company already has someone who runs IT, that person stays the one your people call. From the home office in Winter Haven we take the nights, the backups, the projects and the escalations, and they keep the vision and the credit.
The IT person at the packing house
The larger employers around Winter Haven, the packing houses and the distribution centers along the interstate, the practices with three locations, the county's agencies, usually have one person who runs IT and runs it well. That person knows which forklift terminal drops its connection and which doctor never changes a password. What they cannot be is awake at three in the morning, a bench of engineers for the migration that comes once every few years, or on vacation without a phone. Co-managed IT is the plain arrangement for that: they keep what they want to keep, and the home office in Winter Haven carries the rest.
What changes, and what does not
Nothing changes about who owns the decisions. The IT lead still sets the direction and the budget, still chooses the vendors they trust, still takes the first call if they want it, and still gets the credit when the office runs well. What changes is what they no longer carry alone. People in a security operations center watch the sign-ins, the mail and the machines all night. The backups are tested by someone else and can be wound back to any hour. Updates and device management run on every computer without them chasing each one. The migration or the second building in Lakeland becomes a scoped project with a price. When a problem is over anyone's head, an engineer picks it up. And when they take a week at the beach, nobody in Winter Haven notices.
Why Winter Haven makes it easier
Co-managed arrangements fail when the outside company is far away and treats the inside person as an obstacle. Here the outside company is on Avenue B, within an hour's drive of anywhere in Polk County, and the inside person is listed on your team page beside your Concierge Team, three people backed by the whole company who often have known them for years. They see everything we see and get the same people every time we do. What the owner hears about IT still comes from them.
What it costs
The same as any Concierge IT plan in Winter Haven: $125 per person, per month with security included, and one more name on the team page. It is not a discount for having your own person, and it is not a surcharge for working with one. An IT lead who only wants the Microsoft licenses done properly and someone to call when stuck is what the Essentials plans on the pricing page are for.

Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Can our IT lead keep the tools they already use?
Mostly, yes. Where our watching needs our tools on the computers, we say so up front and explain why, and the two sets live side by side.
Do you need administrator access to everything?
For the parts we carry, yes, and we grant it to ourselves only when needed and log it, from the Winter Haven office. Your IT lead keeps their own, and nothing of theirs is taken away.
What if we decide later to hand over everything?
Then it is already half done. The watching, the backups and the documentation are in place, and the rest moves over as a project with a price.
How do we start?
Thirty minutes with Pedro, Bill or Leah, with your IT lead in the room if you like: pick a time, or call 863-594-1141. Reach out, any way you like. A real person takes it from there.
Let's talk
Thirty minutes with a real person.
Tell us what's going on with your technology, what's working and what isn't. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No slides, no pitch. If we can help, we'll say how. If we can't, we'll point you to someone who can.
