Some messages cannot travel as ordinary email: a patient record, a case file, a tax return, a background check. SendItSecure is our own encrypted email service, built and run by Protected Trust, and used by medical practices, health systems, law enforcement agencies, and professional firms across the country.
- It works from Outlook. Your people send the way they always have. The message and its attachments are encrypted end to end.
- The recipient needs nothing. No account, no software, no plug-in. They open the message securely in a browser.
- It meets the rules. Built for HIPAA and CJIS, and used by organizations that are audited on exactly that.
- You can see what happened. Every message keeps its own record: delivered, opened, and by whom. Handy when a client says it never arrived, and ready when an auditor asks.
- You can take it back. Revoke a message any time, even after it has been opened, and set messages to expire on their own.
- Large files, too. Send what regular email will not carry.
