What does an IT company do for us, exactly?
Support when something is wrong, security around the clock, your computers and Microsoft 365 kept right, backups tested, and projects planned. One team, one price per person.
Is switching a lot of work for us?
Very little. We do the moving, work with your current provider on the handover, and keep the old setup on until everything is confirmed.
We're in a contract. Should we still talk?
Yes. Plan now, and switch when it ends.
How fast do you respond?
Usually within 15 minutes, by someone who already knows your setup.
What isn't in the price?
Microsoft licenses, billed as their own lines at Microsoft's prices, and projects and new equipment, quoted before the work starts.
Is there a contract?
A one-year agreement, or two or more at the Preferred Rate. Sixty days' notice before renewal, all of it in plain English.
Our IT company was bought. What now?
Nothing has to change in a hurry. We have been independent since 1995. If you want a second opinion, it starts with thirty minutes with Pedro, Bill or Leah, then a look at what you have, then a plan and what it costs, in writing.
Who holds our admin keys?
You do. We document the admin access, the domain and the backups, and hand the record to you, so you are never locked out of your own systems.
