What does it cost?
$125 per person, per month, plus your Microsoft licenses, billed as their own lines. Day-to-day help is included, so there are no surprise hourly bills for support.
How fast do you respond?
Usually within 15 minutes, by someone who already knows your setup.
Is there a contract?
A one-year agreement, or two or more at the Preferred Rate. Sixty days' notice before renewal, all of it in plain English.
Do you come to our office?
Most help is remote and immediate, because that is fastest. When it matters, one of the team comes to you.
Who holds our admin keys?
You do. We document the admin access, the domain and the backups, and hand the record to you, so you are never locked out of your own systems.
