Where we are · Winter Haven
Protected Trust in Winter Haven. Home since 1996.
On the same block of downtown Winter Haven since the dial-up days. Finance is here, most of the service team is here, and the people who have been with us longest are here.

Every other office grew out of this one.
We have run technology for Central Florida businesses from downtown Winter Haven for thirty years. Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Miami came later. The way we work started here: the same people every time, and nobody handed to a stranger.
The people you talk to, the people who set up your computers, and the people who send the invoice mostly work within a few rooms of each other, here.
Who works from here
The Polk County team, by name.
Winter Haven and Lakeland clients know these four, and these four know their setup: who sits where, which printer needs a kick, and what was changed last month. The whole company is behind them, most of it in this building.

I keep your business running so you never have to think about technology.

I take on the projects and the stubborn problems, and explain them in plain English.

I handle the big moves: migrations, mergers, new devices, and everything Microsoft 365.

I set up new machines, sort out the network, and come on site when it needs a person.

Visiting us
Avenue B, downtown.
The office is by appointment, so the right person is in the room. Most of the work happens where you are, and we come to you when it matters.
What we do from here
Two ways Polk County businesses work with us.
Polk County businesses ask us about security more than anything else. It comes with every plan rather than as an upgrade, and the plan is Concierge IT for Business: your own IT team for $125 per person a month. The support page is what that looks like on the day a printer, a password or a server lets you down.
Who we look after in Winter Haven. Medical and dental practices, law offices, CPA firms, insurance agencies, churches, the citrus and freight businesses along US 27 and I-4, and the county's small agencies: Polk County offices of 15 to 150 people that run on email, files and one system they cannot be without, and that answer to rules about who may see what. Most have an office manager who keeps the place running and would rather hand the technology to someone who knows their name. That is who calls us.
Your own IT team, $125 per person a month, security in every plan. For businesses of 15 to 150 people.
How it works and what it costs →Someone who already knows your setup picks it up, usually within 15 minutes on weekdays, and keeps it until it is finished.
What happens when you reach out →Where we go
Lakeland, and the rest of Polk County.
Lakeland is down the road, and clients there get the same team from here. There is no Lakeland office, and we don't pretend there is. When a problem calls for a person in the room, a person drives over.

What clients say
Polk County clients have been writing on our Orlando profile for years. The Winter Haven profile is the newer one, and it is the one we would love your words on.
“Amazing company! Would highly recommend.”
“It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people they work with.”

Out and about in Polk County
The Chamber golf tournament each spring, the Clays Classic for Polk State in the fall, Endeavor's cornhole classic, and a golf scramble or two for the Scouts and the Lake Region. The community page has the photographs.

Where is the office?
199 Avenue B NW, downtown Winter Haven, by appointment. Mail goes to PO Box 111, Winter Haven, FL 33882.
Do you serve Lakeland?
Yes, from here, with the same four people. Auburndale, Bartow, Haines City, Lake Wales and the rest of Polk County too.
Can we just drop in?
Better to book. The team is often out at clients' offices across Polk County, and a booked visit means the person who knows your account is the one at the table.
Is anyone there at night?
For clients, support runs around the clock, every day of the year, and computers and sign-ins are watched all night. The office itself keeps weekday hours, 8am to 6pm, with evenings by appointment.
