Thirty minutes. No slides. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Pedro, Bill or Leah listens first and sets things up. After that, your own small team, the same people every time.

What you might be thinking.
“Maybe this is just how IT works.”
It is not. A problem that keeps coming back is a problem nobody owns.
“Switching would be worse than this.”
The team does the work of the switch, and your people keep working while it happens.
“I'm tired of explaining it again.”
You explain it once. The same people remember.
Why it keeps coming back
When someone different picks up every time, nobody remembers last month. The fix that makes a problem go away for good takes someone who knows your office, and who is still there next month to check.
Six questions to ask any IT provider
Whoever you choose, the answers tell you a lot.
- Who will I talk to when I call, and will it be the same person next time?
- Who owns a problem that comes back?
- How soon is someone on it?
- What do you check without being asked?
- What is in the monthly price, and what is billed by the hour?
- How do I leave, if I ever want to?
Our answers, so you can hold us to them:
- Pedro, Bill or Leah first, to listen. After that, your own small team, the same people every time.
- One person follows it through to the end, and the rest of your team knows it too.
- Usually on it within 15 minutes, weekdays from 8 to 6. After hours, call and the on-call engineer calls you back.
- Your computers and sign-ins are watched all the time, and someone acts when something is wrong.
- Everything day to day is in the $125. Projects, mostly new laptops and network equipment, are quoted before the work starts.
- Sixty days' written notice before the agreement renews. Your firm keeps its own working admin account in Microsoft 365, and the keys stay in the firm's name.
What changes
| Someone different every time | The same people | |
|---|---|---|
| When you call | You start over | They already know your office |
| How soon | Whenever someone gets to it | Usually on it within 15 minutes, weekdays 8 to 6 |
| A problem that comes back | A new case, a new person | One person follows it through to the end |
| After the fix | Silence | You hear what was done, and what would stop it |
| Nights and weekends | Wait for Monday | After hours, the on-call engineer calls you back |
How it starts
Nothing changes until you have said yes.
- Thirty minutes with a real person. Tell us what is going on. You leave with an answer, whether or not it is us.
- A plan and a price, in writing. What we found, what we would do first, and what it costs.
- Then the same people take it from there. Your own small team, who know your office. One of them is the person you call.

They found the root cause, confirmed everything was back to normal, and even flagged the faulty device for a closer look so it doesn't happen again.
A story from Ingram
The table by the kitchen door Most people do not leave over one big failure. They leave when the small things add up, and when it becomes clear the service was built to be easier for the staff, not for them.

Questions people ask
Plain answers.
How long does a switch take?
We do it in phases: the critical things first (the admin sign-ins, the domain, the backups and the security), then the rest as a written plan. Most switches take a few weeks, depending on how much there is.
We already have an IT company. Is a call worth it?
If the same problems keep coming back, yes. Thirty minutes, and you will hear whether we would do it differently.
Will it really be the same people?
Yes. Your office has its own small team, and one of them is your first call. When that person is out, the others already know your setup, so nobody starts from the beginning.
What does it cost?
