Concierge IT for Business

Someone new is looking at every vendor.

A new CFO, owner or administrator wants to look at everything. IT is the one nobody has reviewed in years.

Thirty minutes. No slides. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

What you might be thinking.

  • “I don't even know what we're paying for.”

That is the first thing to find out, and it fits on one page.

  • “Our IT company will take this personally.”

A review is ordinary business, and most providers expect one.

  • “Dad's IT person has been with us twenty years.”

A review is not a verdict on anyone. It is knowing what you have.

  • “I don't know enough about IT to judge.”

You do not need to. The five things below are enough to start.

What to look at first

  • What you pay, and what for. The monthly price, plus everything billed on top. Add up a year.
  • Who holds the keys. Who can sign in as an admin, and whether the firm can without the vendor. (With us, your firm keeps its own working admin account in Microsoft 365.)
  • What is proven. Backups restored, sign-ins protected, updates on.
  • What is ending. Equipment and software going out of support, and renewals with dates on them.
  • How it feels to your people. Ask three of them what happens when they call.

A price you can put in a spreadsheet

One number per person, nothing billed by the hour. What is not in it is named too: anything that needs a plan of its own (a new office, a move from another email provider, new equipment) is a project, quoted before the work starts, never after. Microsoft licenses are their own line, at Microsoft's price. Read how the agreement works.

Keep them, or compare

  • Keep what you have, with answersTake the list above to your current provider. Plain answers, in writing, are a good sign.
  • Set a second price beside itThirty minutes with us, and a written plan and price you can compare line by line.

How it starts

Nothing changes until you have said yes.

  1. Thirty minutes with a real person. Tell us what is going on. You leave with an answer, whether or not it is us.
  2. A plan and a price, in writing. What we found, what we would do first, and what it costs.
  3. Then the same people take it from there. Your own small team, who know your office. One of them is the person you call.

Questions people ask

Plain answers.

If we switch, how long does it take?

We do it in phases: the critical things first (the admin sign-ins, the domain, the backups and the security), then the rest as a written plan. Most switches take a few weeks, depending on how much there is.

Can you give us a second opinion on what we have now?

Yes. Many reviews start that way. Thirty minutes, and you will hear what we see.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a plain one. A one-year agreement, or two years or more with the rate held. Either side can end it with sixty days' written notice before it renews.

What does it cost?

$125 per person, per month, with security in every plan. People in the field are $30. Setup is $150 a person, with a $1,500 minimum. See what it costs.
