Thirty minutes. No slides. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Pedro, Bill or Leah listens first and sets things up. After that, your own small team, the same people every time.

What you might be thinking.
“Their IT could be a mess we're buying.”
Find out before closing. It is the cheapest time.
“A buyer will find our problems.”
Then find them first, while there is time to fix them.
“Our people can't hear about this yet.”
Then they will not hear it from us. We sign your NDA, or give you our mutual one, and work only with the people you name.
“We're too new to need this.”
New is the easiest time to set it up right.
Before closing
- Who owns the domain, the email system and the admin sign-ins, and whether they are in the company's name.
- Where the data lives: which systems, which files, and who can reach them.
- What the security really is: MFA, backups with a tested restore, protection on every computer.
- What every system costs, and what renews or ends in the next year.
- What has gone wrong before: incidents, insurance claims, an audit that came back with findings.
What you get back is a written picture of the other company: what they have, what is at risk, and what it takes to bring it into yours. Share it with your attorney.
Three ways through
- BuyingTwo email systems, two sets of files, two sets of passwords. We find out what the other side has, then bring it into one, on a date you choose.
- SellingA buyer will ask who owns the domain, where the data lives, and whether the security is real. We put it in order and write it down, so the handover is clean.
- StartingA new company is the easiest one to do right: Microsoft 365, a second step at every sign-in, backups, and a password manager the firm owns, from day one.
How it starts
Nothing changes until you have said yes.
- Thirty minutes with a real person. Tell us what is going on. You leave with an answer, whether or not it is us.
- A plan and a price, in writing. What we found, what we would do first, and what it costs.
- Then the same people take it from there. Your own small team, who know your office. One of them is the person you call.
I didn’t hesitate to call them when we started our business. Same people, same level of care.

Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, and we often do. We also have a mutual NDA we can send you.
Can you look at the other company before we close?
Yes. Before closing is the cheapest time to find out what you are buying.
We are just starting, with three people. Is that too small for Concierge IT?
For the full plan, yes: it is for firms of 10 to 150 people. Under 10, we start with Microsoft 365, kept by the same people, and move you onto the full plan as you grow.
What does it cost?
$125 per person, per month, with security in every plan. Setup is $150 a person, with a $1,500 minimum. See what it costs.
