Microsoft 365 support and licensing in Orlando
Email, files, Teams and the Office your people open every morning, set up to one standard, secured and kept simple, even the licensing, for Orlando businesses from our office downtown.
One standard for every Orlando office
Nearly every business we meet in Orlando already runs on Microsoft 365. Fewer than half run it well. Mailboxes were set up by whoever was there at the time, files live in three places, and nobody is sure which protections are on. We bring every client to one standard: the same sign-in rules, the same device setup, the same way files are shared and kept, the same way a new person is added on Monday morning and a departing one is switched off the day they go. When Microsoft changes something, and it does every month, we read the notices, test what matters and handle it before it reaches your people.
We have built on Microsoft since the beginning. In 2019 Microsoft named us Surface Modern Deployment Partner of the Year for setting every client up to one standard, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner today.
The licenses, named on your invoice
Every Orlando business pays Microsoft for licenses, and most could not say which ones they hold or why the bill moved. On our plans the licenses are their own lines on the Protected Trust invoice, named the way Microsoft names them, at Microsoft's published price, so your bookkeeper can tie each line to a person. Complete uses Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person, because it carries the protection and the device tools the rest of the plan relies on. People who work from a phone or a shared tablet use the lighter F3. Licenses are reviewed every time someone joins or leaves, so nobody in Orlando pays in October for a person who left in March.
Moving an Orlando office onto Microsoft 365
Email on an old Exchange server in a closet off Colonial Drive, or files on a provider that keeps raising its price: moving them is a project, not a weekend. We plan it with you, quote it before any work starts, and run it so your people stop on Friday and start on Monday with everything where they left it. The old system stays up until the new one is proven.
Teams, phones and Copilot
Teams is where more Orlando offices meet than any conference room. We set it up so calls, meetings and files behave, and when you want your phone numbers to live in Teams too, that is a project we run often. Microsoft Copilot can be switched on for your people with your data protected first, so it helps without reading what it should not, at $30 per person, per month on top of Complete.

Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Which Microsoft 365 license should an Orlando business be on?
On Concierge IT plans, Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person; F3 for people who work from a phone or a shared device; E5 once a company passes three hundred people.
Can you take over the licenses we already pay Microsoft for?
Yes. We move the billing to our invoice, each license as its own line at Microsoft's price, and clean up what nobody uses.
How long does a move to Microsoft 365 take?
A small Orlando office is usually one weekend after a couple of weeks of preparation; a larger one is phased. Either way, the plan and the price are written down before anything moves.
What does Microsoft 365 support cost?
It is part of Concierge IT for Business, $125 per person, per month, with the Microsoft licenses separate at Microsoft's prices. If you only want the licenses set up properly and a number to call, the Essentials plans on the pricing page do that.
