Managed IT services in Orlando
One plan, one team that knows you, one number for everything. Concierge IT for Business, for Orlando companies that would rather not think about technology.
What managed IT means here
Managed IT is the arrangement where one company takes care of all of it: the help when something is wrong, the computers and the network, the Microsoft licenses, the security, the backups, and the planning, for one monthly price per person. Most firms in Orlando offer a version of it. Ours is Concierge IT for Business, and the difference is in who answers.
You are given a Concierge Lead who knows your company, and two Concierge Specialists who know it too, with the whole company behind them. The same people every time. They know your name, your people, your setup, and what you tried last month. When you reach out, one of them takes care of it, and it is theirs until it is finished.
What is in the plan
For an Orlando company, the plan covers:
- Help, from people who know you. Reach out any way you like: the phone, email, the client sign-in, or a visit. Someone who already knows your environment takes care of it.
- Security in every plan. A security operations center watching sign-ins, email, and devices around the clock; email checked before it is opened; every computer protected; sign-in protection; short, regular training for your people; and a separate backup restorable to any point in time.
- Microsoft 365, kept simple. The licenses handled and billed as their own lines at Microsoft's prices, the tenant looked after, Copilot set up safely when you are ready.
- Planning. Someone thinking about next year's technology so you do not have to: what to replace, what to keep, what the budget looks like, before the surprise.
- Day-to-day changes included. New people, departures, a new printer, a new phone: part of the plan. Anything that needs a plan of its own, an office move, a migration, a new site, is a project, quoted before the work starts, never after.
What it costs
Concierge IT for Business is $125 per person, per month. Security + Compliance and Copilot are $30 per person, per month each, added to the plan. The prices are on the pricing page, in full, which most Orlando providers do not do. A one-year agreement, or two years or more at the Preferred Rate, our best rate, held for the whole term, with sixty days' notice before renewal.
Switching to us
It starts with thirty minutes with Pedro, Bill, or Leah. Then we look at what you have, with your current provider still in place. Nothing changes until the plan and the price are in writing and you have said yes. The first month is ours to get right: every computer protected, every person in your Orlando office introduced to the team by name, the old provider's handover done by us, not by you.
Who you will work with
The first call is with Pedro, Bill, or Leah, whoever is free first. After that, your Concierge Lead and the specialists who know your setup, from the Orlando office on South Orange Avenue and at yours when it matters. The whole team is on the team page, by name, with the year each joined.
Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Is security really included, or is it an upgrade?
Included, in every plan. The security operations center, the email checks, the protected computers, the sign-in protection, the training, and the backup are part of Concierge IT for Business, not add-ons. Security + Compliance adds the evidence and the controls a regulated practice needs.
Are Microsoft licenses included in the $125?
No, and on purpose. Licenses are billed as their own lines at Microsoft's prices, so you can see exactly what you pay Microsoft and what you pay us.
Do you come on site in Orlando?
Yes. Most work happens where you are, from the office on South Orange Avenue, by appointment. Remote first when that is faster, in person when it matters.
What if we already have someone who runs IT?
They stay the person your company calls, and they get a team behind them. That is co-managed IT.
Let's talk
Thirty minutes with a real person.
Tell us what's going on with your technology, what's working and what isn't. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No slides, no pitch. If we can help, we'll say how. If we can't, we'll point you to someone who can.
Reach out, any way you like. A real person takes it from there.
