Everything your business runs on, from email and files to Teams and the Office you install, lives in Microsoft 365. We set it up to one standard for every client, secure it with Business Premium for each person, and support it for every person. When Microsoft changes something, and it does every month, we read the notices, test what matters, and handle the change before it reaches your people. When someone joins, they are set up before they walk in. When someone leaves, their sign-in is off the day they go, their mailbox and files are kept, and the license comes off your invoice.
We have built on Microsoft since the beginning. Microsoft named us Surface Modern Deployment Partner of the Year in 2019 for setting every client up to one standard, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner today. Moving your email and files here from another provider or an old server is a project, planned and quoted before the work starts, and run by the same team that supports it afterward.
A client with people or clients in Canada or Europe asks where their Microsoft 365 data sits. Usually it can stay in the US with the right safeguards; when a client's contract or your own assessment says otherwise, there is a separate tenant for the foreign operation, or Microsoft 365 Multi-Geo for a larger firm, which keeps chosen people's mail and files in another region inside one tenant.
