Managed IT services in Tampa
Five questions to ask any managed IT provider in Tampa, and our answers to each of them.
Five questions worth asking
Tampa Bay has more managed IT providers than most cities its size, and their websites read alike. The differences show up in five questions. Ask them of anyone, including us.
- Who answers when we call, and will it be the same person next month?
- Are your prices on your website?
- Is security included, or is it an upgrade?
- Who owns our Microsoft licenses, and what do we pay for them?
- What does the agreement say about leaving?
Our answers
Who answers. A Concierge Lead who knows your company and two Concierge Specialists who know it too, backed by the whole company, from Ybor or downtown Tampa. The same people next month as this month. Whatever you bring them is theirs until it is finished. The whole team is on the team page, by name, with the year each joined.
Prices. On the pricing page, in full. Concierge IT for Business is $125 per person, per month. Security + Compliance and Copilot are $30 per person, per month each. Essentials plans, the licenses plus a number to call, are $23 and $32.
Security. Included, never an upgrade. People in a security operations center watch sign-ins, mail, and devices around the clock and act on what they see. Mail is screened before it is opened. Every computer carries managed protection. A password alone will not open your Microsoft 365. Your staff get short training through the year. A backup kept apart from your systems is tested and rolls back to any point. We are SOC 2 compliant ourselves.
Licenses. Yours, in your own Microsoft tenant, billed as their own lines at Microsoft's prices, so you can see exactly what you pay Microsoft and what you pay us. If you leave, the licenses go with you.
The agreement. One year, or two years or more at the Preferred Rate, our best rate, held for the whole term. Sixty days' notice before renewal. No surprises in the small print; we would rather you stayed because you wanted to.
A month in the plan, for a Tampa company
Somebody joins; their laptop, mailbox, and sign-ins are ready on their first morning. Somebody leaves; their access is closed the same day and their files kept. A printer dies in Westshore; a person who knows which one it was sorts it out. None of that is billed, because it is what running a company looks like. Meanwhile the tenant is looked after, Copilot is switched on only when it is safe, and somebody is already thinking about next year: which machines to replace, what to keep, what the budget should be. A move to a bigger floor in Tampa, a second location, a migration: those are projects, scoped with you and priced before the work starts, never after.
Where we work from
Centro Ybor, 1600 East 8th Avenue, and 401 East Jackson Street in downtown Tampa, by appointment. Most of the work happens where you are: Westshore, Bayshore, Brandon, Temple Terrace, Carrollwood, and the rest of Hillsborough County. Pinellas and the beaches are served from our St. Petersburg office.
Questions people ask
Plain answers.
Do you serve all of Tampa Bay?
Hillsborough from the Tampa addresses, Pinellas from St. Petersburg, and clients with offices elsewhere in Florida get the same team from Orlando, Winter Haven, and Miami.
Are Microsoft licenses included in the $125?
No, and on purpose. They are billed as their own lines at Microsoft's prices, so the plan price is the plan price.
How long does switching take?
The first conversation is thirty minutes. The look at what you have happens with your current provider still in place. The first month after you say yes is ours to get right, including the old provider's handover.
What if we already have someone who runs IT?
They stay the person your company calls, with a team behind them. That is co-managed IT.
Let's talk
Thirty minutes with a real person.
Tell us what's going on with your technology, what's working and what isn't. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No slides, no pitch. If we can help, we'll say how. If we can't, we'll point you to someone who can.
Reach out, any way you like. A real person takes it from there.
Based in downtown Winter Haven since 1996, with offices in Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Miami, serving businesses across Florida.
