The Protected Promise
Three things you can hold us to.
Your own IT team, by name
They know your name, your people, and your setup, and the whole company stands behind them. You never start over with a stranger. Clients join us, and they stay. Our longest relationships go back more than twenty years.
From the founder
In 2001 I started Protected Trust with one idea: treat people the way you would want to be treated, know them by name, and be excellent at a few things without ever changing them.
When something goes wrong, you should not have to figure out who to call, how we are organized, or explain yourself twice. You reach out, and someone who knows you takes care of it. And whatever you bring us is ours until it is finished.

Why people call us
The same problem, again. You call, you wait, and it is back next month. Nobody seems to own it.
The renewal form arrived. Your insurance renewal or an audit asked for things nobody could show.
Your IT person is leaving. And you would rather not hire, train, and depend on one person again.
Something happened. You had a security incident, or a firm like yours did, and it is suddenly real.
A new CFO is looking at every vendor. Including the one nobody has reviewed in years.
Your IT company was bought. The people you knew are gone, and the new ones do not know you.
You bought a company, or were bought. Two of everything, and both sides looking at you.
Everything is older than it should be. Someone set it up years ago, and it was never kept up. You want modern, efficient, and secure.
You outgrew what you have. More people, a new location, and what you have stopped fitting.
If one of these is you, you did not choose badly. Nobody had shown you what good looks like.
And when you switch, you do not make the awkward call. We contact your current provider and manage the handover, so your people keep working from day one. Whatever goes wrong on our watch is ours until it is finished. Security is in every plan, never an upgrade.
Let's talkFrom our clients
One example that says a lot about their commitment happened on a Friday night when our CEO’s mailbox had a critical issue. Instead of pushing it to the next business day, their team stayed late on a Friday night and worked with us until the issue was completely resolved.

Who we are for
Medical practices. Law firms. Accounting and financial firms. And the businesses around them.
If a rule applies to you, HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, GLBA, CJIS or Florida's FIPA, the evidence is part of the plan: what that looks like here.
Not everyone. We are not the least expensive option, and we are not trying to be. We would rather be the firm those practices mention to each other.
