POSITION DESCRIPTION

Protected Trust is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining network, workstation and cloud solutions for customers. The Systems Engineer will be an integral part of the team and work closely with all parts of the company including other system engineers, customer service, account management, and company management to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions for clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, train and maintain local and hosted Windows Server installations.
  • Design and support technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
  • Design, implement, train and maintain cloud-based productivity applications.
  • Integrate multi-vendor cloud applications through Azure, SSO, vendor connectivity and Active Directory.
  • Implement hybrid Active Directory solutions between servers, Microsoft Azure and other services.
  • Analyze, document and resolve Windows and Mac-based network, workstation and cloud related issues.
  • Implement and maintain routing, firewall and wireless solutions.
  • Maintain Windows Server patch levels and updates.
  • Track projects and activities in internal systems.

Technical Support Representative II

Protected Trust is seeking a Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 support; including helping customers with Windows operating system problems, Microsoft Office applications and networking issues. Our TSR’s are an integral part of the team and work closely with all parts of the company including other system engineers, customer service, account management, and company management to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions for clients. TSR’s are supported with training to enhance our service and TSR career opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Tier 1 & 2 Help Desk/NOC responsibilities, working on projects for multiple clients to ensure client satisfaction and ensuring Service Levels are met or exceeded.

  • Within multiple environments; identify, diagnose, and resolve incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, terminal services sessions, end-user software and hardware, network/Internet connectivity, server services/error messages.
  • Support Microsoft’s core business applications and desktop/server operating systems.
  • Support Apple operating systems and applications.
  • Support cloud-based productivity applications.

Training Program Manager

Design and execute technical training programs on our products, services and compliance for internal and external customers. Work closely with product and service managers as well as subject matter experts to develop and maintain training material, courseware, and other related content to maximize product value and understanding. Training formats may include online training programs using a learning management system, video, webinars, seminars, and in-application training.

Major Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional programs including training programs, video, webinars, seminars, and in-application training.
  • Develop instructional workbooks, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, and assessments
